Waiting for 3rd Party

Third party vendors have to assist your doctor in preparing their medical records for the transfer process to MedRecords. As MedRecords is not involved in this process, an accurate timeline cannot be provided.

Records Not Transferred to MedRecords

Unfortunately, your name was not on the patient list provided to MedRecords. Please understand that doctors are not required to hold medical records indefinitely as the rules and regulations were changed in Feb 2013. We recommend you contact any other clinics or specialists you have seen as your records may have been transferred to them.

Confirm Payment Information

Please contact our office to update your payment information. You can contact our office at 604-800-7079. If payment is not made within 30 days your request will be cancelled.

Released

Your records are in the process of being released. If your records are being transferred to a new clinic, this process can take up to 2 business days. We highly recommend you follow up with your new doctor's office for confirmation.

Cancelled

Your request for the transfer of your medical records has been cancelled. If you would like to transfer your records, please make another request by filling in our online form or contact our office at 604 800 7079.

Closed

Your request ticket has been marked as closed. You should have received an email on your last status update. If further information is required please contact our office at 604-800-7079.
